Dr. Abdulmalik Abdullah Al-Hogail is the Chairman of the alinma bank Board of Directors, a position he has held since 2019. In addition to his role with alinma bank, Dr. Al-Hogail also serves as Deputy Chairman of Americana Restaurants International as well as the Kuwait Food Company. He is also a board member of the Saudi National Shipping Company (Bahri), and has served on the boards of several major organizations, including the Public Pension Fund, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Accenture Saudi Arabia, and Philips Healthcare Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Al-Hogail holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, in the United States, and holds several professional certifications including the CPA, SOCPA, CMA and CFM certifications.

Mr. Saad Abdulaziz Alkroud is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at alinma bank, In addition to this role, Mr. Alkroud is also currently a board member within multiple institutions such as Albalad Development Company, the Southern Province Cement Company, Diriyah Gate, and TAQNIYA. In addition to his board appointments, Mr. Alkroud is the Current Chief of staff at the Public Investment Fund amongst many other internal roles at the PIF.

Mr. Alkroud has attended various executive education programs, holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Mr. Anees Ahmed Moumina is a non-executive member of the alinma Bank Board of Directors, In addition to his role with alinma Bank, Mr. Moumina serves on the boards of several companies which include Jeddah Development & Urban Regeneration Co., Almatajer Alkoubra, Dar Al Tamleek, Dr. Suliman Fakeeh Hospital Company, Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprise, Morooj Jeddah Co, Jeddah Transport Company (JTC) and. Over a decades-long career, Mr. Moumina has distinguished himself, having held leading positions with several major corporate brands including Samba Financial Group, Sedco Holding, and Savola.

Mr. Moumina holds Master’s degree in Engineering Management Sciences (with honors) and Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering, Graduated with honor from George Washington University in the United States.

Mr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Romaizan is an independent member of the alinma bank Board of Directors. Mr. Al Romaizan is currently working in “MASIC" Mohammed I. Alsubeaei & Sons Investment Company" as Head of Real estate investments. Also, he have banking and investment experience, having spent his career in Arab National Bank, National Commercial Bank, Al Raidah Investment Company, Hassana Investment Company and Al Romaizan Group.

Mr. Al Romaizan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from London Business School (LBS) in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University.

Mr. Abdulrahman Mohammedramzi Addas is an independent member of the alinma bank Board of Directors, In addition to his role with alinma bank, Mr. Addas serves in boards of Kinan International Real Estate Development, Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd., Diyar AlKhayyal Real Estate Dev., Tunisian Saudi Bank, the Environment Fund. Over three decades-long career, Mr. Addas has distinguished himself, first with several roles at National Commercial Bank, and then with SEDCO Holding Group.

Mr. Addas holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver in the United States and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University.

Mr. Haitham Rashid Al Shaikhmubarak is an independent member of the alinma bank Board of Directors. Mr. Al Shaikhmubarak has a wide banking and investment experience, as he worked at different banks and investment companies such as: Al-Rajhi Bank, National Commercial Bank, Arab National Bank Investment Co., and Saudi Fransi Capital.  He also worked in management consulting for Booz Allen Hamilton & Co. 

Mr. Al Shaikhmubarak holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Investments and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina in the United States.

Mr. Abdullah Ali AlKhalifa is the Chief Executive Officer of Alinma Bank. With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, he previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Arab National Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, and Banque Saudi Fransi.

Since joining Alinma in 2021, Mr. AlKhalifa has led the bank through a comprehensive phase of renovation and growth, anchored in Alinma’s strategy to be the fastest, most convenient, and most innovative financial institution in the Kingdom. Under his leadership, the bank adopted a digital-first approach, launched the Digital Factory unit, and expanded its fintech arm, Saudi Financial Technology Company, resulting in a significant uplift in performance and innovation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami (USA).

H.E. Mr. Ahmed AlHakbani is a prominent leader with extensive experience across government, trade, technology, and financial services. He currently serves as the Founder, CEO, and Vice Chairman of Alhulul Almobassatah Financial Co. (SiFi), and heads the Saudi delegation to the Advisory Board of the GCC Supreme Council. In addition, H.E. holds board memberships in several leading government entities, regulatory bodies, and major corporations.

His previous leadership roles include Governor of the General Authority of Customs, Secretary General of the Saudi Export Development Authority, and Deputy Minister for Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce. He currently sits on the boards of key institutions such as Ma’aden, ACWA Power, Saudi Arabian Airlines, and the Communications, Space and Technology Commission.

Mr. AlHakbani holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from King Saud University.

Ms. Maram Mohammed Alnumay has extensive experience in investment and risk management with experience spanning both the financial and academic sectors. She Served at Hassana Investment Company from 2018 to 2025, holding the position of Chief Risk Officer from 2022 to 2025, where she played a key role in the merger of the Public Pension Agency into GOSI and the development of post-merger investment strategies.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from King Saud University, a Master’s in Finance from DePaul University (USA), and is a certified CFA and CAIA charter holder.

She also serves as a Board Member at “Maarif Education”.
